Education Fees & Terms and Conditions

We understand and accept the terms of registration and terms of payment which are detailed below.

Fees are payable by cash, cheque, online or by card payment. Cheques are to be made in the name of, ‘AvaniChadhurvethi International Play School ’. Online payments should have the child’s name and admission number as the reference. Any payments made in the school must be to the Manager Admin in exchange for a receipt of confirmation.

Fees are calculated on an Annual basis. Payment of fees must be made for four weeks in advance of the proceeding sessions.

If you have any of the fees, we will be notified in advance to you.

The school fee for students cannot be pay in installments basis. The fees should pay single payment for the entire academic year.

If the student discontinue the school education within six months. 50% fees will be refunded to you by the School Management.

If have any change in school fees structure, we will notify to you by post or email.

The amount will be charged in including management fees, books, education materials, uniform, shoes sports uniform, sports-related materials/ music instruments and etc.

Postdate cheques cannot be accepted.

The school reserves the right to increase fees at any time during the school year

Fees has to be paid within the period mentioned on the admission list. Before paying the fees the admission form has to be filled in. Admission form can be obtained online and admission form charges will be collected Rs.1500/-. From the date issue this form valid for two years.

The school will send you the actual expense details at the end of each term.
