It is our mission to develop a positive brain compatible environment. We will work together as a team with the family, school, and community to encourage and motivate all students to reach their fullest potential. It is our goal to use various teaching and learning strategies such as: Life Skills, Lifelong Guidelines, Multiple Intelligences, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Cooperative Learning. We will accept the challenge to meet the needs of our school community socially, emotionally, academically, and physically. We will work to protect the self-esteem of each individual and to make every member of the ” AvaniChadhurvethi Family” feel special. Our staff and students will become lifelong learners and responsible citizens striving to reach new heights in order to make the world a better place to live.
Ultimately, each student will gain from school according to the effort he/she applies. To increase the degree of educational success, it is very important that teachers, parents, and administrators communicate openly and frequently concerning the progress of students.
We all want the best for your children, but we are not enough. You, the parents, must play a key role in the education of your children. Your words of encouragement, a hug when the day has been rough, your interest in your children’s work, and your presence at school are vital

Mr. Deepak Gunasekaran, is a successful Manager (HR) SPICK & SPAN Group of Companies, who handles more than 1800 employees in entire South India. He use to manage, create, implement and supervise policies/regulations and also have wide knowledge of its appropriate functioning, and leads our company in a well and good manner. And now is heading as a PRINCIPAL of AVANI CHADHURVETHI INTERNATIONAL PLAY SCHOOL. He will effectively run day to day operations as well as set the goals and objectives needed for success. He also led our academic institution in a right way and ensure increased students achievements. Because of the diverse nature of his duties and responsibilities, he have solid communication and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to analyze data & statistics.. And no doubt, our Principal’s sincerity & dedication will proceed our school towards success.
Chief Admin Message
Mrs.M.Nathiya Shree, is being our Superintendent of ALARMEL MANGAI MAGALIR VIDUTHI which one of our SPICK & SPAN group of companies.She is functioning under the over-all charge will be individually and collectively responsible for the smooth functioning of the Hostel. Which made us to run our hostel in a successful way.Here she is our ADMIN MANAGER for AVANI CHADHURVETHI INTERNATIONAL PLAY SCHOOL. Main role of our chief admin is to assist our principal in all cases and also take over all the responsibilities of the school in the event of his absence. She will be knowing the teachers as people with families and concerns and care about them to improve cooperation and give them a more positive outlook about their job. She took managerial and organizational tasks while our principal handles the visionary leadership tasks for herself. Our ultimate responsibilities for the running of the school always remains with the principal, and the admin manager is consulting with our principal for all concerns which may us to succeed in this field also..
